"Didn’t like it. It was raining and nobody had plastic bags to put over your suitcases so my luggage got soaked and they wanted 1700 baht just for a boat transfer back to the pier. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up leaving within 24hrs. I recommend if you plan on doing a boat tour stay somewhere close to the tonsai pier so you don’t have to take a lot of boat taxis. It’s will save you time and money."

"They failed on both occasions to provide airport pickup and drop off. When asked if we can get picked up, they responded we look forward to seeing you. So, of course nobody picked us up. The day before our departure from the hotel, we asked the front desk in person if they could have a taxi ready at 6am the next day for drop off at the airport. Of course they did not call for a taxi."
