"This property was in a fantastic location but not quiet (early morning) if that's what you're looking for. Older hotel with lots of charm & friendly staff. The reason for 4 stars is the water was scalding hot or cold & during winter months AC is not an option even if the day is warmer."

"Great stay in Venice, highly recommended! The hotel is excellent, clean, modern, and brand new 1 year old only. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and we had a really great overall experience. It’s also very convenient that they allow luggage storage, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The customer service was wonderful, and the staff all speak English, which made everything easy for us. We also really appreciated the drinking water refill station such a thoughtful and practical feature. The location is very convenient, especially being near Tronchetto. You can take a taxi from the train station for about €26 or the vaporetto for €9.50 per person. The only downside was the shower drain, it was quite slow, so water tends to pool while showering. Overall, still a very good stay and highly recommended!"

"The location is excellent with access to train, water taxi, tourist attractions and restaurants of all types. The breakfast menu is, likewise, excellent! The staff were helpful and responsive when required. "

"The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning."

"We had a view onto the main water way . It was lovely to open the doors and look and have a lovely breeze. Breakfast was a highlight. Great way to start your day. "

"Welcoming, helpful, multi-lingual, and friendly staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all major sights; right outside of San Marco. Easy 5-10 min walk from San Marco vaporetto dock. Wonderful and complete breakfast with hot and cold options, breads, fresh fruits, and more. The suite room was well equipped and had a nice rooftop patio. "

"The room was really nice, and was very clean and spacious, free drinks in the fridge and bits for the bathroom. Plenty of towels and option to clean room. However, no antibacterial soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately can’t more stars as check in was very difficult, with unclear instructions. We had paid city tax through Expedia then asked again to pay city tax when we arrived at the property. Following this, after checking out and arriving back in the UK was asked for a further payment of city tax. "
