"Rooms were not clean. Changed from first room due to foul odor. Second room with multiple pieces of long hair on the fitted sheet of a double bed. Same hair found in folded towels in Bathroom. Same hair found on sink counter. Took hours for someone to clean same room and bring new towels. Bed linen appeared to be changed. Towels not changed. Had to make second request after arriving back to room in the evening after a conference event. Bar was adequate with friendly staff. No hair dryer, ironing board in room. Closet too small to hang clothes due to safe and refrigerator. Foul odor left in room once cleaned after second night causing me to open window to fumigate. I would not recommend. "

"This was a GEM in Brooklyn for a great rate. Comfy bed, amazing shower, and awesome breakfast with a full spread. Don’t hesitate to book and when you do, head over to the Canal Bar or the brewery next door! Great spots! "
