Front desk staff was rude. Our room was great and view was perfect. But all the hotel amenities were closed? They wouldn’t let us on the balcony to take pictures of the view and the bar was closed off the whole time. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay was pretty good. It did the job but the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived like gunk in the sink and shower. The elevator situation is also quite odd. You have to ride two elevators to get up to your room. Overall, it was in a convenient area for us and we also had a great view of the World Trade Center. The staff was great when we brought up the condition of our bathroom and cleaned it up immediately, all in all, great experience.
