"Arrived at 11:30pm following an 8hr flight to be told they were overbooked. Advised that accommodation had been booked around the corner in another hotel. No assistance given to locate hotel or carry bags to alternative hotel. Hilton was prepaid, had to pay for nights accommodation at the alternative hotel, no refund given to date. Not a good experience and out of pocket. Disappointing that Hilton can treat its customers like this, I would have expected better from this chain."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Staff was attentive and friendly, great customer service. Only complaint was the side entrance being unlocked upon a late night/early am return, making the safety seem a little more questionable. Easy walk to subway stops, R train is close, D and other lines are a little further away but walkable and easy to navigate. Would stay again. "
