"This was our second visit to Hotel Gaivota Azores and we would come back again gladly. The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing. We love it there! Zero complaints!"

She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up. "Really great place to stay! When we checked in , had pizza snack as a welcome treat! Location was super and walkable to the marina and historic areas and lots of restaurants all around. Staff was very friendly and great breakfast that was included . Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel itself was great - beautiful rooms, the comfiest beds, the pool area was perfect! Carina was fabulous - though we were only there for a night in between islands, she helped make our transition smooth and stress free! The location was awesome and in walking distance to the attractions too. My only regret was that we only had one night here. We will be back!"
