The hotel was stylish, clean and well-located. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very informative. The indoor pool/spa area was beautiful and restful. Only complaints are that the steam room was out of service our entire stay and there weren’t enough towels supplied.

Loved the cozy, outdoor garden area to eat our delicious breakfast in. Loved my hot rock massage with Bianca, she did an excellent job! The location was perfect! The bed was comfortable! The staff was excellent and did a great job setting up all of our tour bookings, dinner reservations, etc., super helpful! It was my favorite stay out of our island and mainland visit and we stayed at five places in total during our visit. I highly recommend Nine Dots and Bianca for a relaxing massage!

We had a wonderful stay at the Nine Dots! The staff were lovely. The property and amenities were great - starting the day with the yummy breakfast, ending the day in the relaxing pool, the in-room robes, and the comfortable beds. Great location without being overly noisy when we were sleeping. Highly recommend.

Nine Dots is a wonderful hotel! Well situated, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, very close to the waterfront. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and welcoming, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping staff came around in the evenings to ensure our needs were met. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you're given a few options. Amazing breakfast buffet! Loved the artwork.

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities. The only criticism that we have was the service. It was underwhelming in comparison to the service that we received at Hotel do Colégio. One exception was Ines who served us in the restaurants fantastic. She went out of her way for us and made each morning breakfast wonderful! Thank you Ines!!! I will definitely return to this hotel should we come back because it is absolutely beautiful!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a welcoming and amazing stay, and even though my flight times changes three times, they still managed to get me a ride to the hotel promptly on my airport arrival. The food was great, it was so clean, and little surprising touches to my stay that made me feel like royalty. I will 100% stay here again!
