Room was nice everything went well. Was very clean. Only down side was that Parking was misleading and not provided offsite, but could be found downtown. Alsos the shower did not get too warm and the air conditioning only blew room temp air. We were able to keep windows impõem to cool it down though.

The room was very nice but the bed was very firm. The bathroom only had one cleanser for hair and body (it would be nice if there was a conditioner). With the exception of the bed, which did not work for me or my spouse, I would recommend.

The property and staff are amazing, very welcoming, and in an excellent location. The only downside is the bar next door. Patrons are very noisy and party until 5-6 in the morning

Great building in a great location! There is a cute cafe downstairs, and it is easy to walk to restaurants/shops. The room was clean and very large. It doesn’t have a monitored reception, and at times it was difficult to find help if we had an issue with the room.

Lovely place to stay in the city. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable rooms. Nice to have a kitchenette. Restaurant downstairs has great breakfasts and light lunches.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of the city.

The beautiful old building has been recently restored to a very high (at stylish) standard - the rooms are huge and well equipped. Plenty of cookware to make your own meals or take advantage of the great cafe on the ground floor. All restaurants and bars are within a few minutes walk and it's easy to park nearby. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the Azores.

A unique and beautiful room with gorgeous windows, wood floors, high ceilings. Very busy but delicious cafe on the ground floor. The staff was kind, attentive and professional. Will definitely return to this property.
