"Front desk people so helpful. Arrived on l early flight, they found us a room to check into so we didn't have to wait. They also were able to let us use the garage parking spot before 3p and even after we checked out as it was available(they rent about 3 spots in a garage about 2 blocks away). Note-if you want to rent one of their parking spots make sure to tell them ahead. Also, after 11am the street is pedestrian only so if you arrive after that and have lots or big luggage it could be a pain...

"Absolutely 10/10! We were so surprised that our unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Total bonus, as we were expecting one bedroom and one bathroom. Everything was top notch, the breakfast was fabulous and the front desk was extremely helpful! The daily WhatsApp messages to give suggestions and help with any requests (like booking reservations) was the best. Free, underground parking was great. Expectations exceeded big time! Will definitely return!"

"Overall a great experience. The check in process was not. The link to leave the security deposit had expired and it took 2h to get in touch with the company. Once we did though it was smooth sailing. The breakfast was great and the head staff was awesome. She made sure that we had everything we needed. For anyone who gets motion sickness this is NOT for you. The boat is constantly moving and rocking. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The units are spacious and very clean. An open courtyard is available for use. The location is excellent for exploring Ponta Delgado. The garage is a great benefit if you rent a car."

"Hotel was right on the marina near city center. Great location. I was able to drop my bags early and was picked up for my tour there. The service is unmatched. I forgot several things and they were able to help me. In room coffee was amazing as well. When I come back this is the place I'm going to stay."

"The Rock Guest House is a beautiful, well maintained facility. They served a wonderful continental breakfast and since we had to check out early, they provided us with a breakfast to go! Getting to the port was easy - just walk down the road. Going back was good exercise if you enjoy a gentle climb. We highly recommend it."

"Our room was so musty smelling, we couldn’t tolerate it. They moved us to a different room, which was smaller but worth downsizing to avoid the musty smell. The rooftop pool was wonderful. Great location."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...
