"The hostel entrance is back from the road, but Google Maps is precise. Easy check-in information which is perfect as we landed very late in the evening. Hostel and room was fresh, modern clean and tidy. Breakfast was laid out for us in the morning with fresh coffee, meats, croissants, yoghurt and a welcoming smile. A great place to stay "

"Very charming but a few things to mention. We did have ants so we needed to make sure all snacks were put away. Coffee was not good, breakfast was good but not great. Lots of stairs and no elevator. Right in town so very nice and close to everything."

"The breakfast was a perfect amount of choices to start the day. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was good. I enjoyed the location, as it was easily accessible to the tours that I had booked. (I didn’t know, but the front desk can book tours for you.) Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ponta Delgada"

"The hotel is a lovely, well kept property. There is parking and it’s 1.5km to the city Centre. The staff are willing to assist at anytime, and are always pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and was spacious. Roberto was a great host."

"The staff were amazing without exception. Reception, restaurant staff, spa attendant and the manager all made every effort to ensure we had the best stay possible. The rooms were well laid out, clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was affordable and convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel, it is well situated right in town and would absolutely return for future stays."

I would suggest that they open more hours to accomodate everyone. Highly recommend. Compared to other hotels we stayed in while travelling in Portugal, it was a little higher. "I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...
