"The property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were more than comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and it worked for every person in our family. We have different tastes and different ideas of breakfast and every bites was absolutely delicious. The staff: everyone was very cordial, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure the stay is the best. Rooftop was incredible to lounge, read a book, a quick splash, or to watch the sunset. I had the opportunity to visit the spa for a massage and a body treatment. Vivianis was great!!! Definitely take the opportunity to book your time to relax. Location is good. Close to everything but far from the chaos. We will comeback because two nights were not enough. We traveled with our kids this time. Cartagena never disappoints and Hotel Casa Don Luis made our visit an absolute dream."
