Great experience, very friendly staff and really good breakfast.

The room was a great size, clean and with a good minibar and bathroom. The linen was great too. The issue with the tv with no signal was resolved within an hour, the air conditioning was a little noisy but worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and proactive. The massage was incredible. , Brandon stood out with his "can do" friendly demeanour. I would definitely book again if we came to Cartegana.

only thing is the pool was under construction, but they have a sister hotel down the street with an amazing pool that you were able to use actually have two locations of other pools. The staff was more than helpful in the Hot menu for breakfast is amazing. Try the Mexican eggs many people think it is only the buffet but the hot breakfast is also fully included.

The hotel was beautifully kept and very clean. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. All of my needs were anticipated and I enjoyed a great holiday weekend there with all the lovely people. I would definitely stay there again!

Stunning Rooftop Oasis: The rooftop pool was easily the highlight of the whole property. It is impeccably maintained, offers spectacular panoramic views, and provided the perfect, peaceful escape to cool down and unwind after a day of exploring. Convenient Location & Great Food: The hotel’s central location is unbeatable, placing us within easy walking distance of major local attractions and fantastic restaurants.
