10/10 highly recommend! This was a great experience. The person who checked us in was extremely helpful. I believe her name is Leyda. She was extremely patient with us (language gap) and went above and beyond to help. She even helped us lock on an uber to help us get to our cruise terminal. The feel was very exquisite but the price was extremely reasonable. Also, the purchased breakfast voucher was an added bonus. The food was AMAZING! Highly recommend the French toast and waffles. Have your camera ready because the quick walk to the restaurant takes you past some scenic locations. Simply breath taking!

Ovidio & Leida were amazing & helpful! One of them was at the property to assist guests at all times. I had everything I needed, except the wifi didn’t work. AC was perfect! The hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, which is great. However, you will hear noise (on the street below) for most of the night due to its location.

I chose a room with balcony, really pretty, clean, I appreciated very much the air conditioning, loved the lighting of the room; there was always coffee, hot water and cold water in the lobby, very quiet. The staff was so kind and helpful, Ovidio I am so thankful to you!! I appreciate the help you provided me. The code system to enter the hotel and the room was very cool, no keys, no cards, just remembering the code, I loved it. I found myself not using the balcony too much because there was people standing at the plaza in front of it, at all times, maybe because it was just me, I was not too comfortable, but maybe a couple would be ok… I loved that I stepped outside the hotel and found great food, places, I could walk and find whatever I needed almost immediately… my stay was absolutely great!! Another thing to keep in mind is Just to be alert and keep an eye around you, to keep yourself safe, although in that area there’s police at night, during the day you could find some suspicious people, so just be extra careful.

Stayed for two nights here because my flight got cancelled. Glad I chose this place because it was great. The rooms are very nice. Perfect location in the middle of Cartagena walled city. 3 blocks from the Clock Tower. Close to many shopping and dining options. Very secure and staff on site 24/7. They were very kind and helpful. No guests allowed so if you bring company they will not allow it. Overall, this place is fantastic.

My stay here was amazing from beginning to end. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Cartagena. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything I needed during my stay. The property itself has a beautiful atmosphere and great location, making it easy to enjoy the city while also feeling relaxed and safe. I truly appreciated the hospitality, especially since I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, I cannot reccomend this hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected, I only slept effectively 1 out of 4 nights because of noise in the lobby or construction, and the electronic key system constantly had issues. I did not have a working code to my room the last night and had to ask the attendant 3 times to open my door in the middle of the night. I’d especially not reccomend if you are a night owl. I won’t be staying here again.

The location is perfect. Keeping in mind this is a self-service guest house, the place is perfect if you need a VERY clean, extremely well located in the Walled City and you are not expecting being catered through every need you may have. The price was excellent, especially for high season. All and all, very happy with my stay and certainly a location to keep in mind for future traveling.
