The staff at the hotel, restaurant, and rooftop bar were all so welcoming and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and the cocktails at the bar were really good. Great place to stay!

The hotel is very well located. It is inside the city wall but close to the exit, so like 10 minutes from Getsemaní. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the coffee too. I really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the old city in Cartagena. The rooms were very nice and the staff was even better. Everything was clean and I highly recommend the hotel as a spot to stay while in Cartagena. I will definitely stay here again when I come back

There’s no words to describe the service !!! Was more than excellent!! Every single day room cleaning plus the whole staff was so nice and helpful…. Specially the general manager Laura and Erick … they made my family stay like home …. Location is a privilege!!! Near everything….

I stayed here for about 4 nights. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Room was cool and clean and in 4 star shape. I booked a terrace suite which was on the first floor and had a patio, not a terrace. This would be my only complaint. The room itself was insulated and quiet throughout the night. Daily breakfast was very good, menu based, and not a buffet (which I hate).

Very friendly staff always ready to help, the room and overall hotel was very clean. The only thing is the pool is very small and there aren’t any amenities like a gym in the property. However, I highly recommend it and I will book again.

Wow! What an amazing property in a great location. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the pool area on the roof was great, so peaceful and beautiful. We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. Want to come back!

Great hotel right in the centre of the walled town. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and in a safe location. Room was great and very clean, staff excellent. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door and was good. Only negative was the lack of any hot water in the room but apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay.
