Lovely room, incredibly gracious staff. Reasonable amount of English most of the time. I'm a Spanish speaker, but my traveling companions are not, so this was appreciated when I wasn't at hand. We stayed in this hotel in magical Cartagena (walled downtown area) for a week in February. It’s a small and beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely and quiet street, within walking distance to all major attractions. The staff is very friendly, they took care of everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The breakfast is outstanding. The property is well maintained. The room has everything you need, comfy bed, A/C, big bathroom. There’s very little closet space but there are some shelves. There’s no elevator but they helped carry our luggage to the third floor. The terrace is nice. There’s a convenience store right beside the hotel to buy water, snacks or even small meals. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.
