We stayed at this hotel for one week in February 2026 and were very pleased with our experience. The staff were very polite (we would like to mention Any, Brian, and Omar) and provided excellent service. We especially noticed the cleanliness of the hotel; the room and bathroom are very large. The breakfast was very good and varied. It is also worth noting the rooftop terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the city and the ocean. We would gladly return to this hotel anytime and highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio del Agua by Faranda Hotels. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were absolutely amazing — very courteous and professional. Communication was excellent; they responded quickly to every request. Breakfast was outstanding, with great quality and a wide variety of options. The pools were beautiful, and you absolutely must watch the sunset from the rooftop pool — it’s breathtaking! Everything was clean, well organized, and even the public restrooms were spotless. Our room was huge, featuring two balconies, a bathtub, and a rain shower. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. Honestly, everything was just perfect! Just keep in mind there are no elevators, but the staff gladly assists with luggage. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
