We had an amazing time and would staff again. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and great location. It is close to everything but not in the busy part of town. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I requested to change rooms because I was given the one on the 1st floor near the pool and it was noisy. My sister had issues with the A/C and the also moved her to a bigger room. Breakfast was average but it is included. Very nice hotel really enjoyed the stay.

I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the staff was very helpful and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of walled city and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and all you need. This was definitely the best choice and if I return to Cartagena, I'll be back at this place.

This was a lovely hotel with great staff. Food was excellent. Position for walking around the town was good and there were lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely nice and helpful staff and if you have Expedia Is status expect room upgrade if available We moved to better room next day after we checked in when room became available Also no problems with 2hr late check out By all means book this property It is also in the area g That is safe and walkable to all major attractions

Quaint little hotel, we went during march so it was pretty empty but lovely nonetheless, felt like we had the place to ourselves. It is in a lovely location, just 5 min walk from the busier parts of the old town. the staff is incredibly friendly, air conditioned. call ahead to make sure your room is accessible if you have a disability because some rooms only available through a staircase.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were more than comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and it worked for every person in our family. We have different tastes and different ideas of breakfast and every bites was absolutely delicious. The staff: everyone was very cordial, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure the stay is the best. Rooftop was incredible to lounge, read a book, a quick splash, or to watch the sunset. I had the opportunity to visit the spa for a massage and a body treatment. Vivianis was great!!! Definitely take the opportunity to book your time to relax. Location is good. Close to everything but far from the chaos. We will comeback because two nights were not enough. We traveled with our kids this time. Cartagena never disappoints and Hotel Casa Don Luis made our visit an absolute dream.
