Hotel decoration is nice and cozy.
Futon bed is very comfortable and makes more japanese feeling. In room private onzen is super awesome experience.
Food is tasty.
The room can see biwa lake which is very beautiful."
"They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!"
