The property itself was wonderful. We stayed in one of the superior rooms with its own private hot spring bath. The staff were wonderful as well and everything about the hotel was great. What we found though is there really isn’t much to do around the area and not many restaurants that aren’t at the mall. So if you stay here, plan your day to just hang out at the hotel and eat at the hotel. There is a lot to do from the planetarium to renting bikes, to playing tennis and chilling in the baths.

因為我們是騎行琵琶湖，距離租單車非常近，方便，所以選擇了這間酒店，價錢偏貴，溫泉一般，但環境優美，面向琵琶湖。事前並沒有告知接駁巴士需要預約，去到堅田站找不到巴士位置。交通欠方便

ホテル全体としても、室内にしても清潔感があり、基本的には快適でした。 設備面やアメニティに関しては、凄いと思うところと足りないと思う部分の差が大きく、部屋のベッドやインテリアは良く、広さもあり、景色もいいので良かったですが、トイレとお風呂が１部屋にあり、高級ホテルとしてはちょっと如何なものかなと思いました。 又、トイレに入る扉に鍵がなく、ちょっと困るのと、風呂場に椅子がないため座ることができなかったり、アメニティーに櫛がなく、子供の髪をとくのに困ったり、シャワーの水圧がかなり弱いなどと、いろいろ足りない物は感じました。 洗面所の鏡が電熱を通してあり、一切曇らないのや、ドライヤーがReFaだったのは良かったです。 又、体育館、テニス、サイクリング、プール、ジム、ゴルフ、フットサルなどスポーツをするにはとても充実した施設だと思うので、また利用したいと思います。
