The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.

"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. "This hotel is an absolute delight! Fresh, modern and spacious rooms. Staff is super friendly! Love the 2pm checkout. Quiet, yet half a block away from Chiswick high road. Great breakfast. Room even has a stove top and oven, electric kettle, sink, wooden games to entertain all. It’s a no brainer. Would stay here again and highly recommend it. "
"I have stayed at Xanadu many times in the last 15 years. Although the hotel change ownership and the wonderful Chinese restaurant is no longer in operation, everything else remains well and good.
Many staff came and gone in the 15 years, but the service standard remains excellent.
Bed and bedroom are still larger than most hotels in London. And comfortable. I still get my hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. In the old days they provide Walker Scottish buttee biscuits. Now is English...
