"The hotel lobby is cute and contemporary, not your traditional check-in experience. The staff is friendly. It may be a London thing, but there are no hand towels, only giant bath towels - which I thought was weird. Washcloths are not normally provided, in general, but I thought hand towels would be a norm. When I asked the hostess at the front, she said that they were a "3-star hotel", as if that explained it.
