"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. "Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."
