Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.
