Very clean, very friendly service, excellent food choices, quiet (no rowdy people), and on a beautiful sandy beach. We loved it and will be back again to scape the British winter for a week in a beautiful weather and plenty of sun in February.

Another brilliant week in this place!

Superb resort & hotel - it was my second stay in 3 years and it's been amazing again. The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. Incredible and restorative break - thank you to all staff for making it fantastic 👏

I travelled as a family and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly - especially with my children. The food was varied and of excellent quality. The only problem I had was with exercise equipment being out of use - but that's a minor thing for an otherwise great stay.

A lovely stay at this chilled hotel. Amazing sea views from the pool & terraces. The staff were very friendly & waiter service available to bring your AI freshly made delicious cocktails. The buffet meals had so much choice, you won’t go hungry. Nice entertainment on the terrace every evening with a chilled vibe. The hotel isn’t adult only but it has a chilled adult vibe. The sun beds had lovely comfortable cushions on and there was lots of nice places around the hotel to sit and chill. The spa was nice to visit too and very clean.

Tolles und renoviertes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Speiseauswahl und Qualität ist schon echt aussergewöhnlich. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, fühlte es sich nicht so an. Wir hatten zu Beginn ein unrenoviertes Zimmer, mit Lage zur Straße und Durchgangstür, konnten aber am dritten Tag direkt wechseln auf ein renoviertes Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage. Vielen Dank an Vera nochmal für das Engagement und das Ermöglichen!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es war das was man für den Preis erwarten darf.. Starprestige Zimmer, 7 Nächte 3000 Euro, leider 2 mal die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt, die Matratzen total durch gelegen, katastrophal. Ansonsten gehört das Fuerteventura Ibersostar Palace zu den guten Hotels auf FUE. Personal sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich; Essensqualität ebenfalls sehr gut (die Beschriftung am Buffet lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig, was für mich als Fischeiweiß-Allergiker schlecht ist). Minuspunkt ist die Größe des Fahrstuhls, der zu den Zimmern 10.., 20.., 30.. führt. Der ist winzig und bei unserer Abreise hat es 15 Minuten gedauert, bis wir mit 2 Personen und Gepäck auf der Lobby-Etage angekommen sind.
