"Elba Palace Golf Boutique Hotel has the potential to be an outstanding establishment, however on my visit it was not perceived as a 5-star hotel. I arrived on a Saturday, and the spa was not available. On Sunday the pool was closed for renovations - when I enquired I was told all guests were informed prior to their stay - regrettably I was not informed. The spa still not available. "This was a our second stay here and it was just as good -would certainly recommend. We arrived two hours early but were given our bungalow after only one hour's wait so that was good. The layout of the complex is nice and the pool although cold was very nice. As for position - it is very close to the sea front with level access to the beach, harbour and shops. The bus station is only a short walk with buses to the airport every quarter of an hour or so. The one thing that I would suggest...

"O hotel é ótimo, a localização é excelente. O atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10. Passamos 09 dias hospedadas, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto, muito ruim e as toalhas várias vezes estavam rasgadas. "

"A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. "Excellent location. Close to airport. 30 minute walk to Puerto Del Rosario. No shops much closer than that although there is a garage and shop on the other side of the highway. You can get there by walking through the tunnel under the road. Room was amazing. Sea view with balcony. Very clean. Loved it. Bus stop outside which you can catch to Puerto Del Rosario as well. "
