My friend booked this accommodation for us. We were very impressed with the space in the apartment, the outside areas and the staff. We were lucky enough to be facing the beach.

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Transport dorthin sehr schlecht. 2:15 Std sind definitiv zu lang. Dann wurden wir am Coronado abgesetzt, statt wie am Flughafen mitgeteilt, am Calypso (wegen Baustelle). Wir kannten uns zum Glück aus. Das bedeutet einen steilen Hügel mit Gepäck zu laufen. Für ältere Menschen, die sich dort nicht auskennen, sehr nachteilig. Der Transport zurück lief gut, aber man musste mit dem Koffer wieder den Hügel hoch. Trotz eines kleineren Fahrzeuges mussten wir wieder den Hügel hoch…

La ubicación de los apartamentos es increible. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. La limpieza extraordinaria, no he visto ningun alojamiento que realicen una limpieza tan exhaustiva. Lugar ideal para descansar. En general un 10. Ya nos hemos alojado 2 veces y repetetiremos.

Establecimiento muy tranquilo y muy bien situado, junto a la playa y el centro de la localidad. Buena limpieza y personal muy amable y servicial. Se echa en falta que cuando se incumplen las normas de urbanidad (no respetar las indicaciones en la piscina de no tirarse de cabeza, ni jugar al balón), éstas personas no sean recriminadas por parte del personal responsable.

Skuffende opplevelse

Vi bestilte rom i juni og gledet oss til et opphold i et deluxe rom med havsutsikt i november. Vi ble derfor svært overrasket da vi kom sent en lørdag kveld og oppdaget at det ikke fantes noe ledig rom til oss - de hevdet å være overbooket ! Det skulle vært sendt en mail til oss om dette 14 dager (!) før vi skulle ankomme. Denne mailen havnet rett i søppelposten og ble slettet uten at vi så den. Hotellet reagerte ikke på at vi ikke responderte på mottakelse av mailen, og gjorde ingen flerer anstrengelser for å forsikre seg om at vi hadde fått denne meldingen !! De klarte å hjelpe oss med et lite rom de to første nettene, men så måtte vi ut og skaffe nytt husvære for resten av vår 14 dagers ferie. Stressende og utrivelig start på ferien. Rommet var upraktisk med flere nivå og trapper - ikke eget soverom. Aircondition var plassert slik at den blåste rett på oss i sengen, og kunne derfor ikke benyttes om natten. Det ble veldig varmt , og ved lufting gjennom verandadør fikk vi veldig mye støy inn hele den første natten fra nærliggende restaurant. Badet var veldig lite og sengene harde. Rett skal være rett - rommet var veldig rent og ordentlig og beliggenheten flott.

Ottimo residence

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati in vacanza per una settimana a giugno in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene, il ragazzo che gestisce la reception è gentilissimo e parla molto bene l' italiano, ci hanno anche assegnato una camera più grande di quella che avevamo prenotato,senza maggiorazione di prezzo,con vista sull' oceano. Ottima anche la pulizia, solo il piano cottura il primo giorno non era perfettamente pulito e gli asciugamani erano macchiati ma ci sono stati cambiati subito; gli altri giorni la pulizia della stanza è stata impeccabile. Piccolo difetto, la WiFi spesso non funzionava. Per il resto tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo.
