The main kids pool was closed (and has been for 2 months). This pool was the reason why we booked this hotel. It’s great for families with smaller children but gets very noisy at times. The entertainment staff are brilliant and the food was delicious

Perfect family hotel

Absolutely perfect for families with children. Great staff and service from everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant to the lovely, energetic animation team. Just the right amount of stuff to do for everyone. Beautiful, well kept hotel with great food. Lovely options for vegetarians as well, with more veggie options, such as burgers, prepared on request. Some pools are heated, but in February, ideally they could have been slightly warmer. If I wasn’t travelling with kids, I personally would choose a different hotel. This a family hotel, where the needs and enjoyment of families with kids come first. All in all we had a perfect holiday!

Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step in the rooms to help them out. This place worked for us as we were a large group but next time we would like to try somewhere else.

Decent, however not truly a “for kids” resort

Good family atmosphere, and great staff, however comes with a few easily fixable challenges. I went there for a week with my partner and 2 girls. Was surprised that no water in the room and no minibar. They have RO dispensers on the floor and give glass jugs in the room. Now I get the whole eco friendly stance, however I trust bottled water rather than the filter on a RO machine, so why not have glass bottles in the room, given the glass jug? Secondly, and most importantly, we went to a child friendly hotel for the kids club so was surprised to see that the club for 4-8y/o is only open on most days (not all) from 10:30-12:45. Half the time they have family activities so not a kids club in the true sense of the word. When I asked why, the answer was not enough staff. Apart from those two instances, the holiday was enjoyable, and the food (even if no a la carte restaurants) is good with a decent choice. The staff is wonderful and Elina at reception was very accommodating and supportive with all of my enquiries.

Leider war die ganze Zeit (2 Wochen) der Große Kinderpool gesperrt, was wirklich sehr schade für unsere zwei Kinder war. Essen grundsätzlich gut, speziell das Frühstück. 1.Het is spijtig dat het prachtig terras van kamer 5105 wordt teniet gedaan wanneer men rechts naar beneden kijkt op rommel en storende infrastructuur dat veel lawaai maakt. 2. tevens is er meerdere malen per dag rookhinder die komt uit het groen bosje van het hotel dat aan de overkant van terras van kamer 5105

Ottima struttura, il personale è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile in ogni circostanza, dalla reception, al ristorante, piscina, sauna, massaggi, etc.. Il cibo è vario e per tutti i gusti. C'è un bellissimo percorso per chi ama fare corsa/jogging, soprattutto al mattino, fino a Morro Jable. Le spiagge bianche nei dintorni sono splendide, l'acqua è trasparente e prevalentemente calma (almeno nei giorni in cui siamo stati noi).. Insomma, una vacanza davvero all'insegna del relax, buon cibo, salute e (sempre) bel tempo

El personal es lo mejor del hotel, la atención es de las mejores que he tenido. La habitación le faltaba una renovación de mobiliario y baño, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y pasamos mucho calor, Al igual que pasaba en zonas comunes del hotel.

Dream holiday

Great place for vacation. Especially with children. Very friendly staff. And Kitchen...., very high quality and broad selection. 3 km walk/run distance to the city. Great place for morning/eventing jogging. Very nice beach. I can only recommend this place.

3 Sterne All-In Anlage an guter Strandlage

Gesamte Anlage ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist eine total Sanierung mehr als angebracht. Vermutlich stammen die Bettwäsche und Handtücher auch aus der Zeit der Gründerzeit des Hotels. Könnten auch dringend ersetzt werden. Das Büffet wird zwar schmackhaft zubereitet, aber könnte viel besser präsentiert werden. Die Auswahl der Weine lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Für den Preis, könnte auch eine Auswahl höherwertiger Qualität angeboten werden. Auch wenn das Personal freundlich und bemüht ist, kann man nicht 4 Sterne vergeben. Ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, dafür aber überteuert.

Tolles Hotel für Familien. Viel Angebot für Kinder (Animation, Kids Club, Wasserrutschen). Tolles Buffet mit guter Qualität und viel Auswahl und Abwechslung. Service ist super- alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
