"
I recently stayed at [ The Royal Place 2], and I must say, the staff was incredible! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making my stay truly enjoyable. Every interaction was friendly and professional, reminding me how important great service is in the hospitality industry. I genuinely wish every hotel I visited had such dedicated."
"I booked 4 nights at the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel for my first trip to Hanoi and I couldn't be happier. STAFF: The staff was very polite and helpful; recommending things to do, looking for museums opening hours and even organizing a late check out as we had multiple flight delays. They also offered us a late shower, again due to our flight delay. That was an amazing service, specially considering how hot is Hanoi. Speciall thanks to Mia, Okami and Candy. LOCATION: The hotel is very well located; very close to the lake and not too far from the main attractions. There are also multiple restaurants, cafes and markets around the area. CLEAN: The room service was perfect and the room always clean and tidy. Flawless. BREAKFAST: The hotel also has a restaurant, same place where we have breakfast. The breakfast had vast options from vietnamise and western cuisine. I highly recomend trying the restaurant's Bahn Mi, it was one of the best in town. Our visit to Hanoi was better because of the service provided by you.

"Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms
were clean but has a slight smell not to my liking but overall this is great place to stay in the old quarter. You can walk to a lot of places including train street. Visit the nail salon at the end of The street and try her Salt coffee when you get your nails done it’s sooo good. "
