We had a great stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed. We got a room upgrade which was a perfect start in our vacation! The room was super spacious and clean, the beds are so comfy! The breakfast is very good with lots of options. We enjoyed the pool and the little gym. The location is great as it is close to the old town but not too loud and busy. 100% recommendation!

Great Service, Staff and Location.

From the initial contact, to arrange the airport transfer, and all through my fortnight stay at this wonderful hotel I was met with great service and friendly staff who wanted to help me enjoy my stay as much as possible. Highly commendable. The hotel and spa is in a great location in the Old Quarter and I’d definitely stay there again.

By far, the BEST breakfast in any hotel I've been in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Leo, at the travel desk in the hotel, went above and beyond to help us book shorts trips around the countryside. They couldn't do enough for us. The hotel itself was a little dated but clean, neat, and convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. We loved it so much we stayed there 3 times!

A great place to start our trip. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome right away. While our room didn’t have a view, the rooftop offered stunning skyline scenes – well worth a visit, especially in the evening. The location made it easy to get around the Old Quarter. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and fresh options each morning. Comfortable, convenient, and a good base for exploring Hanoi.

I definitely come back to this hotel. Besides having nice facilities, pool, gym and fantastic breakfast. It also have the most friendly and helpful staff. First I would like to thank the manager who did an exceptional job of looking after us when our flight was delayed he didn’t have to but made sure we could extend our room for another half day, the hotel staff also sorted us with a trip to the airport cheaper than grab and all booked for us I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Secondly the hotel is lovely and has all amenities you need such as a rooftop view breakfast and gym. It’s very central to everything it’s right at your doorstep

The property was perfectly located in the old quarter with most things easily within walking distance - and when you do get tired, just jump a grab. The only thing we didn't realize in advance is that the pool is heated - not a cool pool to use at the hot times.
