Wonderful stay with excellent service. We had a great stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. The entire staff were excellent throughout our visit. The front desk team were extremely helpful. We also spent some time at the pool bar, where Back provided great service and took fantastic care of us. The breakfast is excellent and again the team did everything possible to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal. A special thanks to the management team, led by Mr. Brian Do, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.

The location was perfect. It’s right in the middle of everything! The hotel staffs were very well-mannered, polite, kind, helpful and they welcomed us like a family, which made our trip very special and memorable! The service was extraordinary! Plus I really liked the furniture and atmosphere of the hotel, they were all carefully selected and elegant. I enjoyed the roof top bar, I recommend going there at night, you can enjoy the vibe of the city yet not too loud. It’s a nice cozy place to spend time at. Thank you so much!

This hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the town, especially old quarter. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are large comfortable with nice views. The pool and the sky bar take you out of all the chaos of this big city and give you lovely moments of relaxation with wonderful views after busy touring all day. Breakfast is outstanding, offering both western specialities and Vietnamese ones. Last but not least, indulging in the very relaxing massages is great.

We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. There was plenty of selection and lots of new dishes to try. Anna was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go.

This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are luxurious, clean and quiet. The included breakfast is excellent, the rooftop bar and pool are beautiful and relaxing places to spend a couple of hours with a beer and watch the sunset. All of the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly - service was excellent all around. The location in the old quarter and close to the lake is fantastic for sight seeing and taking in the bustling atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel.
