"Specifically, Hyatt hotels never disappoint my family. As far as my family is concerned, Park Hyatt Saigon is probably one of the best we've ever stayed in. "Overall it was great. The staff are great, and made the experience a good memory. But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance.
Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced...

The hotel much longer than the garden. So obs. when ordering.
(Was offered room with 2 single beds while we wanted double. We ended up upgrading to suits for $ 15 extra per night. Do they suspect they had a strategy for this?)

"We had a great stay. The room was cleanly, had a nice view, and was easily accessible. We had complimentary water and toiletries in our room. Each day staff followed the do not disturb when we slept in and once we left we changed the sign to please make up the room. Despite us leaving later in the day when we can back our room was always made up nicely with fresh towels as well. The only down side we had on our stay was that breakfast was offered from 6:30-9? We came down only one day at 7:30...
"Very clean, unique style. Tiny fitness room on the top of the building. Don't expect a view from the room but view from the restaurant and pool area is good. Large pool on top floor. Super friendly staff members. Apparently free beer in room fridge that I missed.
Good water pressure and hot water. Very comfortable beds. Did I mention clean.
2 seven eleven nearby and many many restaurants within walking distance.
