Extremely helpful and warm staff. Room was spotlessly clean. We also had access to a gym and pool at their other location which was great, would recommend the poolside bar for happy hour drinks. The room was showing some signs of wear and it was difficult to get the shower to a middle temperature. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was great and close proximity to everything. The aircon wasnt working when we arrived and it was too late to get it fixed. The drainage was fixed in the shower and hence water just stayed at the base. Otherwise good location and great staff.

:) A lovely boutique hotel Super nice staff, happy to help with anything you need - probably the nicest staff we’ve met at hotels! Nice bathroom Very clean Nice decor and style WiFi worked well Bed is fairly firm if that is your preference Little treats and snacks available near the relaxing spot at reception which was nice Very good location, walking distance to everything and some incredible food spots You can use the partner hotel’s pool & bar just a couple of minutes walk away :( Not completely soundproof windows and you can hear clearly from corridor but there were only a few rooms on each floor. Construction work in the city during week day mornings was more of an issue

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are really friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the room itself doesn't quite meet their standards. The door isn't soundproof, so you can hear other guests slamming doors all night, and you can also hear conversations while waiting for the elevator. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were generally good. However, the handheld shower support was broken and kept falling down, and it also leaked from the bottom, which caused low water pressure. The shower head was missing several rubber nozzles, so the water didn't come out evenly. There was also some rust and small spots of mold around the shower area. Overall, the room could use some touch ups, especially the bathroom.

The hotel’s prime location offered easy access to everything without being overly crowded. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. They even discovered my jewellery box was left out of the safe and promptly reported it, demonstrating their transparency. The only downside was the shower head in my bathroom which kept falling. The room was spacious and overall, it was a great experience.
