I was welcomed back (nice touch) given a higher floor (appreciated) and enjoyed the various facilities which, as always enjoyed the gym (good technogym) and spotless. Staff were lovely, helpful, and gave me the impression they love their jobs and looking after their customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Im back in VN in 6-8 weeks and this has become my first choice spot."
