"Check out process was extremely slow. Staff kept us waiting even though we were in a hurry to go to the airport. When asked about the progress (of checking the room), the staff told us we don’t have to wait (even though it was him who said “wait 5 minutes” at the beginning). Wasted our time."

"Top-notch service. Literally the entire staff knew me by name even though I had never introduced myself. The hotel is still new and only one year old, so the facilities were very new and clean. They also have an amazing spa service. On my last day, after I checked out of the hotel, they let me use the shower at the spa for free so I could refresh myself before my flight back home. The highlight of my stay was General Manager Ms. Mary Duong inviting me to join their 5 AM neighborhood street sweeping with the hotel staff to celebrate the hotel’s 1-year anniversary. I was inspired by the idea of giving back to the community by helping clean the neighborhood. The hotel is located in District 1, right across from Ben Thanh Market, so everything I wanted to do was either within walking distance or a short ride away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Saigon."

I also highly recommend dining at the Paradise Coffee Lounge restaurant which offers first-class service. The staff were extremely professional, attentive and helpful throughout my visit. I will definitely be returning again."

"I thought the Sky bar was good entertainment good, However what upset me was I asked for my bill to be charged to the room 1 night,And was told I was unable too. But it was ok to do that a couple of nights before. I paid every bill cash in hotel. When I didn’t want to go to my room to my safe to get cash I just said charge it to my room please, And was then told because I hadn’t left a deposit (I Was unsure what they meant)I was unable to charge to my room. In front of people and felt embarrassed. So I would never return to this hotel because of this reason."
