"Clean room, did what it needed to do a bed with an ensuite. Felt very dated. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the gym had basic equipment but good enough to get a good gym session in. "I loved this hotel and found it beautiful and clean. Extremely safe to stay on my own and ideal location for shopping and the stadium. Brilliant choice for breakfast which could be hotter though. All staff were really lovely and polite."

"We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Chester. Although, not directly in the centre, it is only a lovely 15 minute walk along the canal to get there. The hotel is modern, with reception located at the bar. The atmosphere was lively and you also get a complimentary drink voucher on check in. A nice touch. "On arrival, we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. The hotel was marvellous and very clean throughout. The staircase leading to all floors was fabulous. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great value and provided us with excellent choices. A great stay and super staff. Highly recommend 😊"

Also they was a screw sticking out through the wood of the room door frame latch plate.. apart from that the hotel was clean and staff were helpful."

"We stayed in a superior room with lake view and was amazed on how beautiful the room and view were. We were very fortunate to have a room with veranda where we sat and just enjoyed the peace of our surroundings and the stunning lake. Breakfast was very nice as always and plenty to choose from. We didn't use to pool or spa as we were happy enjoying the sunshine and our veranda. Close to Chepstow Town centre. Friendly staff and easy check in."
