"I love it"

"viejo el hotel, la cama mal, los aires suenan horrible, el frigobar sonaba. no me gustó"

"Enjoyed the stay, and although some areas of the property are being renovated, the hotel is comfortable and charming."

"We've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this one was fabulous. We brought 4 kids and they had an absolute blast in the Kids Club, The Kids Club staff were so fun and energetic and kept the kids entertained with crafts, games, and more. Our older son loved the Teen Club and video games there. Joaquin down at the pool side Kitchen was super helpful and kept the french fries and cheese pizzas coming! Sandra at the buffet made the best fresh omelettes and checked on our family often. ...

"Todo perfecto"

"The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful; the only issue was that the elevator didn't always work properly, but everything else was excellent."

"La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable en todo momento"

"Beautiful property and grounds with excellent services and welcoming staff. Some of the restaurant food was so-so but the events were excellent. All pools and outdoor areas were well maintained and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't accomodated with grace and humor."

"tienes que andar preguntando si tu pulsera tiene acceso a tal restaurante o a tal bar etc"

"El precio es muy accesible, pero las instalaciones y la comida no muy bien, los empleados muy atentos"
