"Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses."

"The apartment(s) itself were clean and nicely furnished. However, once we opened the sleeper sofa, the mattress was disgusting. Full of stains. The towels in the bathroom(s) were so dirty that we called the manager on duty to complain about both issues. We were moved to another unit and the situation ..."
