"The hotel was clean and pretty but it was far from downtown and we could not go in the ocean because of the rip current. Fortunately we rented a car because it would be very hard to stay here without a car. There was a beautiful pool and a nice fitness center and good cable."

"There was mold in bathroom sink & shower. Check in process was horrible, called done"

"I was so excited to visit Puerto Rico to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I had high hopes for a wonderful and memorable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, the valet staff were very welcoming, which was a great first impression. "Only one elevator was working the entire week. We found the food to be pricey and not varied. We were going to go shopping in the gift shop on our last day but it was closed. We weren’t told the gift shop was closed. We wanted to get gifts for people. Also there is no entertainment."

"Staff was not friendly."

"Beautiful"

"Although the place is located across from a very busy road, once you enter, it feels as if you are somewhere else. Everything is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. We were able to sleep well despite the music coming from the pool area, as some rooms are quite close to it. One thing to keep in mind is that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so it is advisable to plan your meals in advance. Aside from these minor details, our stay was very pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the...
