"Brand new, Places is great, the staff is awesome. I traveled with my wife and two small children to the hotel. I stayed for about a week. I found it to be very nice. They had gated parking for my bicycle & for my rental car. The location for me was a good one just down the hill to Yenny‘s market also not too far from From The Beach. All foods at the buffet were great, sometimes they were a little colder than i would've liked but the taste was there. The steak place was great. The Italian place was not that good and the food was cold. We did not try the Japanese restaurant. We were never able to take a hot shower the best we had was a little colder than warm. All the servers at all the bars were great....

"We had a wonderful stay at Emotions by Hodelpa in Puerto Plata. The resort is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is warm and welcoming.
