We loved our stay! The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was fantastic! The buffet was good and the alacarte restaurants were also good. Make sure you set up your reservations early. We appreciated the smaller resort size and the very personable staff. Will definitely stay again!

Staff were very courteous and friendly. Food and service was very good, Our room was not great, it was clean and as described (family room), however we had repeated issues with the shower. Hot water was often not available, and the drain was blocked causing the bathroom to flood anytime the water was turned on. The room although clean felt damp, smelled musty, and there was mould on the walls. Staff did acknowledge the issue but it was not dealt with during our stay

Entertainment was so much fun. The bar staff was excellent. Food staff at the reservations restaurants was extremely poor due to so many locals. The locals came on the weekend and were rude to staff to visitors. Ruined 3 days of my expensive vacation.

This resort was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a small resort to take my kids on their first international trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of games and activities, and it wasn’t over crowded. Everything was clean, reservations were easy to come by, and I never had a hard time finding a good seat by the pool or the beach.

It lacked options of things to do for everyone throughout the day. The buffet restaurant was pretty good. Lacked enough staff to provide drinks for each meal. The Mexican restaurant was pretty good. I expected more since it did require a reservation.
