"very clean /small easy to get around property , staff great , food was good . Elevators are slow , had two double beds in room very small me and my hubby bad to sleep separately, would have liked to see more shrimp and seafood options . Beaches have black volcanic sand and very hot to walk on . overall very good first experience in panama !!!"

"Cheap alcohol. Food was ok nothing special. Maintenance of the rooms was poor. Stayed for a night and couldn’t book a restaurant because it had to be done in the morning and the check in is at 3 pm. Cheap place"

"Resort focused on locals. Some staff don’t even speak English. Rooms are dated with broken furniture. Bathroom with faulty toilets and gunk in the shower glass. Food s not bad but repetitive and boring. Specialty restaurants food is mediocre with premium to visit tepanyaky and steak. Pool music is based on small groups that bring their own boombox and it becomes very noise and annoying. Beach is rough with a step made which can be dangerous for kids specially. We rented a vehicle to go visit...

"The free breakfast was the highest quality breakfast we have ever had.....the dining room staff was very very attentive...the hotel location next to Via Israel is so easy to access for taxis and Ubers.....the mall is 4 minutes walking distance, the pool area was very relaxed and subtley designed ...the front staff helped us 3 or 4 times with helpful assistance.....even though this area of Panama is noisy at the street level, the glass windows in the room shutout any noise ....slept like a baby"

"We had so much fun at the Paitilla Inn in the middle of Panama City. Our room had a great view. It was clean. Our free breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, Panamanian Coffee, fruit breads and huevos any way you want them. We enjoyed the bar and alitas several evenings. The staff was very helpful and helped us with Ubers and taxis. We’ll be back."

"The spa was amazing so relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of things to eat but it’s better to get there in the am when the food is fresh. Great room with an amazing view! The kid pool was very dirty though I’m talking about bugs and this whitish film. I hope they also have more amenities such as the club and kids area open up. Seems like still recovering from covid. But overall I would stay again. "

"We booked the Supreme Room and it was amazing! It had a great view and was very spacious. Upon arrival, the staff was so nice and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on where to go to eat, party and sightsee. They were always available if we had questions too. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, out longest ride was about 18 minutes. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Panama City, we truly enjoy every bit of it."

"This is a lovely hotel surrounded by nature and well located at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal. You can see the vessels in and out very close. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is good. There is a TGI Fridays in the premises. Great experience."
