"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very playful, which made it extra exciting for the children. There are also plenty of activities and attractions nearby, so kids are never bored. Overall, it’s an amazing place for a fun and unforgettable family vacation."
