"There is a barbaric issue with this hotel . The issue is a tire spikes if you enter the wrong way . I don’t understand why any hotel would do such thing there is no entrance sign but but when you get to see it it’s too late . And if it is your first time I’d be careful. I was greeted with three holes on my tire when I checked in. Staff is great doing there job , especially a person by the name of Almog, which is a very nice and hard-working man. "Good location, good prices for hotel stay, I thought hotel was a bit run-down, however everything was clean, great customer service and belongings were safe. Bonus has a great gym."

"Prior to checking in we made arrangements with the staff with even emails to ensure my son's check in process was smooth. We made multiple calls to ensure no issues. However, when he arrived, the staff would not honor the emails and communication and would not allow him to check in. They left him stranded despite multiple calls and emails. Felt like the hotel did not care and made no accommodations to ensure he was okay"

"The saltwater pool and location are the pluses. Otherwise run down. Lacks any good management. Shocked this is listed on Leading Hotels. Poor rooms and we had suite. Pool area packed with non guest on Shabbat, I could keep going. Book another hotel and be smart"
