Staff was super helpful at the Voco hotel. I was late for my check-in due to delayed flight and was only staying a few hours before my departure, staff ensured that I have a room for that time and I was able to prepare myself in comfort in the room before my Umrah. Shuttle buses are helpful to take people to and from the Haram.
