"We were very disappointed since it supposed to be the best resort to visit in Antalya , unfortunately we couldn’t even make a dinner reservation when we checked in 4:00 pm , the app they told to use it was impossible to open. When we approached the concierge she seemed anointed even do more than one guest was having issues with the app. After 3:30 hrs later the solution that they give was the buffet were tired so we diced to find a good restaurant somewhere else , when we were leaving they reach out to us to let us know that they found a spot in a Sushi restaurant we didn’t know that all inclusive mean to eat only in restaurants of there choice. Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean, the towels were very worn down and they had an unpleasant smell. Over all we didn’t enjoy our stay, we definitely not coming back"

"My wife and I loved this resort. Although they don't have a view of the Mediterranean Sea, they have excellent views of the recreation area, which looks like a garden of Eden. The rooms are clean and tidy with a cozy atmosphere. The food selection is enormous! The food is prepared well and deliciously, often right in front of you. The alcohol selection is varied, with many cocktails, vodka, crayfish, whiskey, wine, and more. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and has both a shoreline and its own huge pier with sun loungers, bars, and a stage. There's plenty to see in the surrounding area of ​​Antalya! There's the shrine of St. Nicholas of Myra in his ancient church, mountains, canyons, and waterfalls. There are many ancient sites with amphitheaters and simply stunning views. There are buggies, rafting, zipline jumps, and yacht trips with fun company! On two excursions, we were accompanied by a guide named Turan. He's a true, knowledgeable historian who's passionate about his country. He's well-read and versatile. And with all this, we were assisted by a woman named Albina. A true professional, she's a guide-coordinator from Pegasus. But our special praise goes to the manager, Olga Sokolova. She's a true professional. We turned to her with any complex issues, and everything was wonderfully resolved. And very quickly. My wife was also delighted with our vacation. I heard so many expressions of delight and joyful laughter from my beloved wife these days!"

"The best part about the property are the staff who will go above and beyond to help you out. Special thanks to the guest services lady on the night shift, Suleyman at Vista & Ivy and Mehmet in Le Buffet for their thoughtful service. The property is vast, has a private beach and is well maintained. The main thing that did not work is that there is only one restaurant that is included as part of the all-inclusive package. This is the buffet restaurant. All À la carte restaurants are paid. However, the buffet timings are quite restrictive. For instance, dinner is only available from 6:30 ion-9pm, which is very limited for an all-inclusive resort, considering that it is the only main dining option. If you miss your meal at 9 PM, then the next option for you would be to either go to one of the paid à la carte restaurants (paid), the pastry bar, or wait for the midnight buffet at 12 AM, which does not work for most people. The lunch hours are from 12:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon which also seems tight. Overall, my main recommendation to the hotel would be to extend its dining hours in the buffet restaurant considerIng it is the only main dining option. Secondly, for anyone who needs a cool room with working air condition, I would highly recommend either booking a landside room or a full Seaview room, at the lower floors, preferably between 3 and 5 if you want a working air conditioner. I would avoid all partial sea facing rooms, especially those on floors 6,7 as these get very hot."

"It was overall a good experience but there is some cigarette smoke in the public areas and hallways which is not a great thing for non-smokers. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in Falcon Hotel. Cleanliness of the room, in differentness of the staff, quality of food - high level! What could have been adjusted: towels to be provided on the sea deck, better sound-proof of balcony door, strange smell in sauna (yet, the sauna itself was perfect)."

"From start to finish the holiday was absolutely amazing, something to keep everyone happy, lots of food choice - omg don’t think I’ve seen so much choice and some delicious authentic dishes alongside the usual buffet staples, always a coffee shop open for coffee, cake, ice cream or waffles, always a restaurant open from the many that there was on site and a choice of 12+ pools. Above all the staff in every capacity was simply brilliant and couldn’t do enough, always served with a smile and happy to chat, have stayed in many 5 stars but this is as good as any, well done everyone at Sherwood Exclusive Lara!"
