"Always an enjoyable stay! The staff are the best part of staying here. They are unfailingly kind, helpful, patient and friendly. Location is unbeatable, and easy walk to Salah al Din and the Old City. The only (slight) disappointment was breakfast. There are not enough fresh and healthy options available. Brewed coffee and hot tea are included. But espresso drinks (lattes, Americano, cappucino,) are extra and expensive. Great people, and always a nice experience. We will be back!"

"The Hotel looks better from the picture. The real issue we had was that the heating was not working and the hotel staff could not fix the problem. They gave us a 15% discount which mitigated the issue "
