Great location with a friendly helpful staff. This hotel is an experience with lots of Arabian flavor and charm. The rooms are clean enough and everything worked. Hot water could take awhile for showers but eventually warmed up. We would stay here again.

The hotel is a wonderful old oasis in the older part of Dubai. It is why we stayed there. Great Creek views despite ongoing construction on the Museum. If you like the old parts of Dubai as we do, it is ideal.

Rooms are generally well cleaned and staff is friendly. It’s a very busy hotel and is close to lots of dining options and shopping areas as well. This time my room’s shower was not working well. Very good hotel.

Good hotel, spacious rooms!

The hotel is located in Meena Bazaar, Bur Dubai, with lots of Asian shops and restaurants. Abra-station (water bus) is a mere 5min walk away - take the Abra to Deira for 1 Aed! clean hotel, a little cold room - AC was too good, I guess! Hotel needs to be shined up a little, but is nice, generally speaking. Its a good 3.5 star hotel.

Everything was great. Especially, the stuffs were very professional and helpful. Saima at the front desk and Ismail for general service were great and friendly. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed the time there. I'll certainly stay again.

Excellent, affordable hotel in Bur Dubai.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Bur Dubai. Great location, attentive and helpful staff, magnificent range of restaurants onsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor disappointment was the breakfast that was not international enough. But, we would happily go back again.

The hotel stay was very good. The staff went beyond to accommodate some of our problems we encounter. The hotel was going through some upgrading but we didn't get a chance to participate in some of the changes.
