"The staff were absolutely excellent- friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.
Food was also very good - breakfast and dinner. Wide range of choices cooked and presented excellently.
Would definitely stay again - highly recommended."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim”
Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. A 20 minute walk into St Helier and property is accessed via steps if on foot, so not suitable for everyone"

"Excellent accomodation with helpful and friendly staff. One lift was out of order for the last two days of our stay. Sauna was also not working. Great breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff.
Overall pleased with our stay, will be happy to return here in the future."

"Lovely stay. attentive staff, only issue was noise from the work being done on the hotel however we had been made aware of the works when we booked the hotel.

"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier.
Everything seemed well organised."

"Overall good accommodation considering the building is quite old and has been extended. Lots of stairs up and down corridors. Main entrance to lobby up a flight of stairs. Really not suitable for someone with mobility issues. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage.
Not impressed by the restaurant evening meal. Carvery style menu with very few vegetables on offer. We found the bar meal menu was better. Fresh cooked to order.
Breakfast was good however the grab and go bag we...
