"My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere, with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, and great food options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to change my room from two queen beds to one king bed. There was no hassle or problem at all, and they were happy to accommodate my request. The service,...

"Everyone was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The staff in the main dining area were very friendly and courteous. They anticipated our needs and were always willing to help us. Housekeeping staff were also great. We can not say enough about this resort. We will definitely be returning. We had a great time."

"I traveled for work, and it was the ideal spot to be at an all-inclusive resort. Love the place."

"This was my second visit to this resort this year, and once again, the staff was phenomenal. You can tell they put a lot into training their team because the level of service is consistently outstanding. We got a chance to try more of the food this time around, and I’d give it a solid 9.2/10 overall. Great variety and plenty of really good options. The location is another huge plus. It’s convenient, and I love that you don’t have to deal with hagglers on the beach. Overall, another great...

"We had an amazing time delicious food good drinks and the staff was amazing"

"The rooms are not up to 5 stars compared to others hotels in Jamaica. As a Jamaican living abroad I was hoping to get some authentic jamaica food but it was rubbish. The chefs needs to retrained . I was very disappointed 21 of us and non of us was happy with the food ."

"Well organized clean vibzy hotel. Unavailability of bellman to assist you on arrival."

"I had an absolutely amazing experience at the S Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. The level of hospitality really stood out to me. Everyone was attentive, accommodating, and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s not often you come across a hotel where the customer service is this consistently...

"Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the staff, I’d give Azul 2 stars. My husband and I were returning guests from 2021, expecting an improved post-pandemic experience, but our loyalty wasn't even acknowledged. First, the liquor request runaround was completely unnecessary. Before arriving, I coordinated with the resort (Janice) regarding liquor lists, pricing, and the spa menu. I was told my request for Hennessy VS would be handled upon check-in. It was not. Staff sent us hunting...

"My stay was very satisfactory, the staffs were very friendly except for this one lifeguard at the family pool, he has an attitude and doesn’t know how to speak to people however I didn’t let them demotivate my stay. 10/10 I’ll definitely be back."

"Definitely not you typical “all-inclusive” type of resort. The building is not fully enclosed, so heat & mosquitoes were annoying, but thankfully there was a/c in the bedrooms. There’s lot of stairs, so it’s not a good place to go for those with mobility issues. The 2 bars need a real good cleaning and reorganizing and should be stocked properly. The pool bar ran out of the light beer on day 2 of our stay and of both beers by day 6. (They only serve the Red Stripe brand of light and regular...
