"swim up bar could of been bigger "

"Great new resort. Think they are still in a beta phase of staffing, could use more staff and quicker response time. The staff that is there are amazing. The resort is very new. The food is amazing. Wish the reef (beach side restaurant) was open for more than lunch since the resaturants are so busy. Do not like that adults on Family side cannot go to Adult side of resort without paying a large fee per evening. "

Was kind of disappointed, the Italian restaurant wasn't open our first four days there, they finally did open and didn't let us know. So never got to eat there. The beach is across the street, free access is great, but then you are paying $7 per chair, per float, per umbrella, so that adds up day after day. Also paying for drinks and food on the beach day after day gets expensive. Air conditioning in the room...

"Nice staff , Shower was a disappointment tub was slippery bed and pillows very uncomfortable , food was decent alcohol was all bottom shelf if you wanted a decent drink you have to pay , very small section of beach is available for guests ,if you’re looking for fun or nightlife this isn’t it …pretty sleepy after 8 pm , spa was very nice . good location avoid beach on days when the cruise ships come in .very packed .too many rules for a “luxury ‘ stay "

"Everything was perfect up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was off the resort. The morning of my wedding they would not allow my makeup artist or photographers on. The day before I verified with them if it was OK and they said yes I need to pay for a day pass. The morning of they said no day passes available and that I have to pay a vendor fee of $800 per person.
